Cebu Cable TV respects your privacy and provides this page to explain how applicants may request deletion of personal information submitted through the Cebu Cable TV Online Internet Service Application platform.

Removing Cebu Cable TV access from Google or Facebook will stop future login access from that provider, but it may not automatically delete application records already submitted to Cebu Cable TV. To delete submitted application data, please follow the request process below.

3. Facebook Login Data Deletion

If you used Facebook to sign in, you may also remove Cebu Cable TV from your Facebook account by following these general steps:

After removing the app from Facebook, you may still send a deletion request to Cebu Cable TV using the email above if you want submitted application records deleted from our system.

4. Google Login Data Deletion

If you used Google to sign in, you may remove Cebu Cable TV access from your Google account through your Google Account security settings. After removing access, you may still send a deletion request to Cebu Cable TV if you want submitted application records deleted from our system.

5. Verification of Request

For your protection, Cebu Cable TV may verify your identity before deleting personal information. We may contact you using the email address or mobile number provided in your application to confirm that the deletion request is valid and authorized.

6. Processing Time

Cebu Cable TV will review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification. Some requests may take longer if the request is incomplete, requires additional identity verification, involves records that are already part of an active service account, or is subject to legal, billing, audit, fraud prevention, or regulatory retention requirements.

7. Information That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained when necessary for legitimate business, legal, security, audit, accounting, dispute resolution, or regulatory purposes. For example, Cebu Cable TV may retain limited records if the application resulted in an active subscription, billing transaction, service installation, fraud investigation, legal claim, or required company record.

Backup copies may also remain temporarily in secure backup systems until they are overwritten or deleted according to the company’s backup retention process.

8. Confirmation of Deletion

Once your request has been reviewed and completed, Cebu Cable TV may send you a confirmation through your registered email address or contact number. If a request cannot be fully completed, we will explain the reason when appropriate.
