How do I find out my account number?

Refer to your Cebu Cable SOA or Statement of Account. The account number is indicated at the top left portion of your SOA.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Downgrading may be requested after completion of your lock-in period. You may upgrade anytime by contacting WeCare@cebucable.tv, subject to applicable fees.
